At Kustom as we only sell premium products we have decided to provide our customers with a premium white glove delivery service.

One of our Kustom technicians will personally deliver your bicycle. They will then help you in the set-up of your bike to fit your personal preferences, for example the saddle and handlebar positioning and also downloading the EIVA app to your mobile device and connecting it with your new bicycle.

The EIVA app, shows real-time readouts on speed, battery and bike health as well as controlling acceleration, top speed, braking and various drive modes. Also included, is the facility of switching to off-road mode if riding on private land with the land owner’s permission.

An overview and guidance will be given with regards to safe cycling as well as certain regulations that need to be followed within the UK.

Future check ups, servicing and maintenance options are all something that can be carried out here at Kustom and details of this will be provided.

Once you have purchased your bicycle from us we don’t just leave you out in the dark. Our support line is open Monday – Friday 9-4 where you can get in contact with us regarding and issues or advice you may need.

There is also an abundance of technical manuals and video tutorials that are available should you require them do not hesitate to get in touch.

Test drives are available from our Midland location located near Stourbridge and an easy drive from the M5.
